Our Story

Blackbird e-Solutions is a consulting, web services and outsourcing company, specializing in Localization, Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Web Development and Technology Services.

The company was originally founded in 2005 by Bryan Coe as a part-time consulting venture. Throughout his career Bryan has gathered international experience with such companies as 1&1 Internet Inc., Black Box Network Services and Google. Through this experience as well as with Blackbird e-Solutions he developed relations with many consultants and freelancers covering the fields of Technology and Linguistics. In early 2007 the jump for full-time involvement was made and the focus of the business was revamped to incorporate the two fields. The result was a company that uses technology and language to bridge gaps across cultures.

Blackbird e-Solutions is also not your typical consulting firm. Our organizational structure is a fundamental example of how we are different. Instead of the old hierarchal system we use a horizontal structure, creating cross-functional project teams comprised of individual experts with various skills. Through collaboration with freelance technology and language consultants, each team is created to fit the client’s specific needs. Thus, Blackbird e-Solutions is able to quickly organize teams with the right people, skills, and technology to deliver the quality solutions that our clients expect. This unique structure increases clarity in project direction and objectives, enables more efficient use of resources, better customer service and delivers the final product with a shorter life cycle.

We are headquartered in southeastern Pennsylvania, USA. Because of the nature of industry, as well as our products, we work not only locally but also across United States and the world. Our multicultural staff is a key component in serving our clientele.
